Misty Camden was raised in Lexington, Virginia and attended the College of Charleston in South Carolina where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1999 with a B.S. in Elementary Education and a minor in Early Childhood Education. Misty began her career teaching special education at Rockbridge Middle School for a year and then transferred to third grade at Fairfield Elementary where she taught for three years. Misty was formally employed by Woods Creek Montessori where she worked for six years as the Summer Camp Director and Assistant to the Director. She lives in Lexington with her family: husband Kris, who is a general contractor, and their two children, Zoe, age 13 who attends Lylburn Downing Middle School and Kohen, age 10, who attends Waddell Elementary.
Ann Sullivan graduated from Loudoun County High School and then was blessed to be a stay at home mom and home school teacher for 21 years before reentering the public workforce. During that time, she was a special education teacher’s assistant for Loudoun County Public Schools. When she relocated to Lexington, she taught at Woods Creek Montessori School for 4 years and joined the staff at Yellow Brick Road in 2015. Ann enjoys spending time with family & friends, decorating, reading, writing, and traveling. Ann is a wonderful cook and has a published cookbook. She has 6 married daughters and 15 grandchildren!
